The Scott Apartments is a National Historic Registry building and local landmark of the University Park neighborhood adjacent from Colorado State University. Completed in 1924, it has housed countless tenants from all walks of life as Fort Collins grew around it. When owners Levinger Properties decided to give the building a full renovation for its next century of service, they knew it would not be complete without a brand and visual identity.
