Clark Peak Design helps local youth group raise funds for community service.
Clark Peak Design donates original poster design, hand-crafted screen prints adding to Redeemer Student Ministries' annual Golf Shoot-Out and Silent Auction fundraiser.
Fort Collins, Colorado - September 13, 2015
Hundreds of people attended the 14th annual Golf Shoot-Out, dinner and silent auction put on by Next Gen Student Ministries youth group of Redeemer Lutheran Church. The Golf Shoot-Out is an annual event held to raise funds for the group's community service activities performed locally and across the country.
Clark Peak Design donated 25 prints of the limited edition poster, which were screen-printed by Treasure Prizes of Denver, Colorado. With a starting bid of $50, winning poster bidders helped raise hundreds of dollars for the cause.
"It was fun to see how many people were highly delighted by the quality and elegance that you captured in the poster." said Matt Harwell, director of Next Generation Ministries. "Having spent half a day on the course, you were able to capture that beauty that is Highland Meadows really well!"
The poster design features the beautiful landscape and iconic barn event venue of Highland Meadows Golf Course in Windsor, Colorado. "I wanted to create a design that Shoot-Out participants would frame and display to remember their great experience at this event." said Clark Wolter, Owner and Creative Director of Clark Peak Design. "I think the decision to go with one color screen printing resulted in a much more authentic and commemorative poster than if we would have gone digital printing."
